Local Candidate Requirement (Hybrid - Local Candidates Only)

Applicants must reside within reasonable daily driving (approx. one hour) of Dayton, Ohio. While a hybrid schedule is available, regular onsite presence is essential.

As the Brand and Creative Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our brand image and reputation across all touchpoints. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy
  • Manage brand portfolio and visual identity
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications team and other clients on campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends
  • Oversee production of brand assets
  • Supervise approximately five direct reports or contractors

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in graphic design and brand management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
