The Opportunity We're looking for a skilled Short-Form Scriptwriter to join our contractor team on a full-time basis.

This is a scripting-first role built for someone who understands the nuance between organic and sponsored content and knows how to write for the scroll. What You'd Do Write organic and partnership content and short-form video scripts for 3–4 client accounts Develop hooks, transitions, and CTAs optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Adapt scripts to each client's voice, tone, and content goals Collaborate with our creative team to align scripts with broader content strategy Deliver clean, brief-ready scripts that video editors can execute without back-and-forth Nice to Have Familiarity with content strategy and content pillar frameworks Experience writing for creator-led or personal brand accounts Comfort writing across niches (career, lifestyle, wellness, business) What We're Looking For Proven experience writing short-form video scripts, especially UGC-style content Strong understanding of what makes content stop the scroll — hooks, pacing, structure Ability to write in multiple voices and adapt quickly to new briefs Self-sufficient: you read the brief, ask the right questions, and deliver Reliable, communicative, and deadline-driven Compensation & Details Hours: 40hrs/week Engagement Type: Full-time contractor Location: Remote (EST timezone preferred or compatible hours) Rate: To be discussed based on experience Payment: Monthly retainer, paid on the last business day of each month We're building a team of self-starters who do their best work without hand-holding.
