They ensure accurate setup of workflows, jobs, style guides, and product data, while maintaining strong data integrity and reliable system performance across all studio workstreams. This includes collaborating with other internal system owners (e.g., Bynder) to support stable API integrations and seamless data flow across Stanley 1913's technology ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and highly operational, with a strong ability to design and refine workflows, manage production systems, and support a fast-paced creative environment.
What You'll Do

    • Balance competing priorities across high-volume production and bespoke projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations
    • Ensure clear communication of schedules, priorities, and updates across all studio stakeholders
    • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to missing PDP assets and sample availability in partnership with the Creative Sample Coordinator
    • Design, document, and maintain operational processes that support high-volume creative output
    • Identify friction points in how work moves through the studio and implement scalable solutions
  • Studio Systems & Tools Management
    • Own configuration, structure, and optimization of the Creative Force platform, including workflows, jobs, and style guides
    • Ensure data integrity within Creative Force, including accurate inputs for product information
    • Monitor system performance to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or breakdowns in workflow
    • Continuously improve how Creative Force and Asana are used to enable scalable studio operations
    • Collaborate with owners of internal systems (e.g., Bynder) to configure and maintain API integrations that enable reliable data flow between platforms
    • Partner with the Sr. Art & Studio Director to explore opportunities to leverage new technology, including AI, to improve operational efficiency
Who You Are
  • 4-6 years of experience in studio operations, creative operations, or production systems within an e-commerce or creative environment
  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to design, improve, and scale workflows
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and process discipline
  • Experienced in capacity planning, resource management, and operational structuring
  • Comfortable working with project and production management systems such as Asana and Creative Force
  • Proficient in managing large volumes of data and using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and macros) to organize, validate, and analyze information
  • Technical proficiency with modern workflow systems, including a working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flow between production tools and platforms
  • Curious and eager to explore emerging technologies, including AI, to improve studio workflows, streamline processes, and increase operational efficiency
  • Excellent communicator with experience aligning cross-functional teams around processes and priorities
