The Director, Creative Automation leads the development and execution of strategies to enhance creative production through advanced automation technologies, including Generative AI. This role drives efficiency, scalability, and consistency across marketing workflows by implementing innovative tools and managing technology roadmaps. Collaborating closely with internal teams and agency partners, the position ensures alignment with business objectives while overseeing resource allocation and team development. The Director continuously evaluates automation performance, fosters a culture of innovation, and provides strategic insights to senior leadership to optimize creative processes and deliver measurable business impact.

The team leads the development and execution of marketing automation and AI strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability across creative workflows. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, they drive innovation by integrating advanced technologies and optimizing processes. The group focuses on delivering measurable business impact through technology roadmaps, resource management, and continuous improvement. They foster a culture of professional growth, technical expertise, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with business goals while supporting adoption of new tools. This team plays a critical role in advancing automation capabilities within a large, dynamic marketing ecosystem.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute strategies to automate creative production workflows, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of a technology roadmap focused on automation and innovative tools, including Generative AI.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to align automation initiatives with creative and business objectives.
  • Oversee adoption, integration, and ongoing support of automation platforms, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze automated workflows and outputs to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage resource allocation, mentor team members, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
