About the Role

Creative Marketing Project Manager - Danone Canada

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Project Manager to join the Media & Integrated Communications team at Danone Canada. This position can be based in Boucherville or Toronto.

As a Creative Marketing Project Manager, you will be at the heart of bringing our brands to life. You will be responsible for end-to-end orchestration of creative initiatives, from the initial brief to final deployment, across brand campaigns, social media, and influencer activations. You will ensure ideas are executed seamlessly from concept to delivery in collaboration with internal teams and partner agencies, in order to deliver impactful and consumer-relevant creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative project management

  • Lead end-to-end management of creative projects across brand, social media, and influencer initiatives
  • Manage the full lifecycle: briefing concept development production delivery launch post-campaign review
  • Ensure timelines, brand identity, and budgets are respected

Cross-functional coordination

  • Act as the central point of contact between marketing teams, agencies, creators, and internal stakeholders
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs
  • Align stakeholders and manage timelines across multiple projects simultaneously

Content and campaign execution

  • Oversee the development of integrated campaigns across social media and influencer channels
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in storytelling and brand visual identity
  • Contribute to editorial calendar execution (always-on and campaign-based content)

Agency and partner management

  • Manage relationships with creative, social media, and influencer agencies
  • Collaborate with creators and partners to produce engaging and authentic content
  • Ensure quality control throughout production and post-production

Performance and optimization

  • Work with internal teams to track and analyze campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to campaign reviews and sharing of key learnings

Operational excellence

  • Manage budgets related to creative production and campaigns
  • Bring structure and rigor to processes, timelines, and approvals
  • Promote best practices in creative development and project management
About You

We are looking for someone: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3/5) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (a plus)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, content management, creative project management, or in an agency
  • Strong interest in brands, social media, and influencer marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (bilingual French/English required)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment

Are you eligible for a V.I.E ? 

V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

  • You must be aged 18 to 28.
  • You must have completed national service obligation.
  • You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
  • You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?

  • Business France handles everything for volunteer's contract.
  • Business France handles the whole care insurance for volunteers (sickness; maternity invalidity; work accidents).
  • There are no taxes and charges on salary. There are no unemployment benefits and retirement contribution.
  • You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
