  • Drive project scoping and readiness to ensure initiatives are clearly defined before resourcing.
  • Manage team workflows, resource allocation, and staffing plans across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Partner on vendor strategy by supporting the sourcing and scaling of relationships with scenic fabricators, technical partners, and experiential specialists.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders to manage expectations, project scope, and overall stakeholder satisfaction.

Creative Production and Craft

  • Serve as the creative production expert across brand experiences, ensuring creative intent is executed with fidelity, purpose, and strategic alignment.
  • Advise concept development by evaluating feasibility, scalability, production efficiency, and execution requirements.
  • Align creative ambitions with production realities and budget constraints while preserving creative quality through practical solutions.
  • Support best-in-class design by enabling purpose-driven storytelling across all physical brand executions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the central point of coordination across creative, strategy, production, media, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across departments to ensure creative and experiential initiatives support broader campaign and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand brand activation and experiential marketing across events, partnerships, and branded environments.
  • Improve internal processes by evaluating and refining workflows, systems, and creative production practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of creative production experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex creative projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and creative quality.
  • Strong understanding of the creative process with the ability to effectively collaborate with Creative Directors, designers, and creative leadership.
  • Experience working within an in-house creative team or internal creative agency; agency experience is also welcomed.
  • Working knowledge of creative production tools, including Adobe Workfront or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies and the ability to quickly learn and incorporate AI tools into daily production workflows.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while effectively navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality creative outcomes.
  • Experience supporting experiential marketing, brand activations, creative production, or large-scale creative campaigns is highly desirable.
