Multi-Family Assistant Project Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects—from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining strong communication with clients, trade partners, and field teams.

  • Support Project Managers in planning and executing construction projects
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes)
  • Assist with project cost tracking, purchase orders, and subcontractor invoices
  • Prepare project reports and status updates
  • Attend project meetings and document key takeaways and action items
  • Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, and trade partners
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and vendors
  • Support quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
  • Assist with project closeout, including punch lists and warranties
  • Promote and support jobsite safety and OSHA compliance

  • 1–3 years of experience in multifamily construction
