The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager partner to help establish processes, track progress, and document best practices for our growing brand mega platform. The PM will work in close partnership everyday with the creative and account teams to ensure seamless workflows from early planning, brief, and through final delivery. They will unite client expectations and requests, and manage workstreams across various partnerships and programs. The PM will keep tabs on project deadlines, update all stakeholders and monitor progress.

Key responsibilities include:

Working alongside client lead to outline objectives – timings, scopes, costs. Establish timelines & task planning with project leads and various agency partners. Play a key role in organizing project teams. Key stakeholder for project documentation. Monitoring time management and tracking overall progress across multiple workstreams. Awareness of all client communications and able to identify action items for the appropriate teams. Working with Operations and Account leads for SOW creative, budgeting, and utilization planning.

Key Tasks Resource planning and task management – always track to ensure teams meet deliveries as agreed upon and work with clients if adjustments are needed. Time monitoring – establish the communications cadence for keeping timelines up to date, flag changes that impact schedules or budgets. Data – monitor and understand project, time‐tracking, and budget data to plan best next steps.

Budgeting – create, shepherd through development and implementation into agency systems, track through regular report monitoring, and give recommendations at any stage.

Skills

Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project‐management software; Adobe Acrobat a plus. Well‐versed in the information, assets, and timing necessary across various project types. Ability to build out timelines, phase projects, and schedule internal reviews for creative teams. Ability to establish relationships across the Account Management team and work as a partner to push work forward. Able to set clear objectives and task ownership across a team. Professional and clear communication via email and in‐person.

Intuitive, takes initiative, provides solutions rather than problems. Anticipates and prepares for next steps, engages people to add value and influence outcomes. Detail oriented; pays attention to nuances. Applies experience and knowledge from previous projects to new ones to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
