Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports Leixir's growth by coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand and enhance the customer experience. As a key member of the marketing team, this role ensures projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and on time while supporting campaigns, events, sales enablement, and digital marketing initiatives.

Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing & Client Experience, the ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects from planning through completion in a fast-paced environment.---


Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Project Coordination (45%)

· Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion.

· Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, SharePoint and digital asset libraries.

· Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal teams and external partners.

· Ensure marketing initiatives, customer-facing materials, and communications are current, brand compliant, and delivered accurately and on time.

· Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and roadblocks.


Events, Tradeshows & Clinical Education (25%)

· Coordinate event logistics, registrations, travel accommodations, and vendor management.

· Manage event materials, promotional assets, booth displays, inventory, and shipping.

· Support event communications, on-site readiness, and execution.

· Assist with post-event reporting, follow-up, and continuous improvement.


Campaign Coordination & Digital Marketing (20%)

· Assist with campaign planning, scheduling, and execution.

· Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, education, product launches, promotions, customer retention, and SEO initiatives.

· Manage campaign assets, timelines, and digital marketing activities/resources.

· Monitor campaign performance and assist in identifying opportunities to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.


Marketing Analytics & Reporting (10%)

· Monitor and prepare marketing dashboards, KPI, campaign, and ROI reports.

· Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
