Job Description:
The Marketing department enables sales by answering, "Why Dimensional?" They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional's message and philosophy. Marketing teams work to best reflect Dimensional's unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace.
The Project Manager is a member of the Marketing Operations team and is responsible for facilitating the production and delivery of marketing campaigns and materials for Dimensional's global brand. These materials include print collateral, digital deliverables, and other specialty items. The role investigates the scope of the project, creates and maintains schedules, and routes jobs through the lifecycle of a creative project including editorial development, design, production, quality control, legal/compliance sign off, and distribution. The candidate must have the ability to work efficiently with large groups of stakeholders, gaining consensus and managing timelines in a fast-paced environment, and to use sound judgment with an eye to the broader communication needs for the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and functional leads to scope, prioritize, and establish detailed timelines for projects.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for routine project status updates across internal teams and facilitate day-to-day communications between cross-functional teams (design, editorial, technology, legal, compliance).
  • Display exceptional customer service skills and helps foster an environment of teamwork.
  • Prioritize and monitor multiple assignments with competing deadlines to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope; flag issues early and escalate to senior team members.
  • Support global projects with stakeholders and key members of the Canada, APAC, and EMEA business teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team meetings, including setting agendas, capturing concise meting notes, and tracking action items to resolution.
  • Standardize project documentation, ensuring file structures, templates, and project dashboards are consistently maintained and in line with other team members'.
  • Assist with post-project retrospectives and lessons learned. Document recommendations to improve future processes.

Qualifications:
  • Must be highly organized and results oriented.
  • Excellent presentation and communication (verbal/written) skills and a professional client service mind-set.
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving consensus and team building, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
  • Must be process-driven, but flexible.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Experience working in a marketing or creative environment a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools a plus.
  • Ability to work with details and ensure accuracy, while maintaining a big picture focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • One to three years of experience managing complex projects in marketing, communications, design, and/or advertising.
