Job description


We are seeking a driven and analytical technical program manager (TPM) with 2-7 years of experience in a high-growth technology business. We are specifically looking for a Technical Program Manager with experience at getting things done at scale. Think working with cross functional teams across a large organization, moving team towards a unified goal and north star. You drive results, not just facilitate. You possess high judgement and are a "roll your sleeve up" person with a bias for action. You need to possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, cross- organizational/functional operations programs that impact both product and business.
Our Oracle Health Infrastructure & Platform Services team focuses on product strategy for Oracle Health, while monitoring & maintaining the infrastructure & platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. To be successful in this role you need to have an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence. At Oracle Health, our mission is to improve healthcare and quality of life globally through better experience and easier access to health and research data for patients and healthcare providers. In this role you will have the responsibility of ensuring that our customer's business requirements are met.
Soft skills to motivate, direct without authority and build bridges and relationships are a must. We are specifically looking for a customer centric technical program manager to join the Oracle Health Group. You will be responsible for managing complex, cross- organizational programs that impact both product and business for Oracle Health and will have exposure to multiple critical business initiatives. You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
Responsibilities
Leads defining scope, creating roadmaps, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and status communication for owned programs. Aligns with and gains sponsorship from multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution of owned programs. Provides complete transparency of progress versus plan for programs owned, including regular status reporting to senior management. Assists in establishing scalable frameworks (process, tools, etc.) for the end-to-end program and manages stakeholders applying project management standards and documentation best practices. Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements and provides recommendations to Program team leadership. Fosters cross-functional teamwork and promotes collaboration, coordination, and consistent communication among stakeholders. Starts to build trusted relationships with partner teams, both internal and external, to understand work priorities and ensures alignment. Assists in the development of organizational change management plans in partnership with all relevant stakeholders. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Performs other duties as assigned.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $64,400 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
