Key responsibilities

  • Generate and nurture leads, conduct property tours, and showcase the community's lifestyle and amenities.

  • Guide prospects through the leasing process, including processing applications, leases, deposits, and documentation.

  • Build relationships with prospects, respond to inquiries, and follow up to convert leads into leases.

Job description

Join our team as a Leasing Professional at a beautiful, new-construction Build-to-Rent (BTR) community in Bristol!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, sales-driven, and customer-focused professional to help introduce this exciting new community to the market and drive a successful lease-up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating memorable experiences, and turning prospects into happy residents.

As a Leasing Professional, you will be a key ambassador for the community. You will generate and nurture leads, conduct property tours, showcase the lifestyle and amenities of the community, guide prospects through the leasing process, and help achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome and engage prospective residents with exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct personalized tours of homes, amenities, and the community.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to phone, email, online, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Build relationships with prospects and identify their housing needs.
  • Follow up consistently and effectively to convert leads into leases.
  • Process applications, leases, deposits, and other required documentation.
  • Develop creative ways to generate traffic and increase community awareness.
  • Participate in local outreach, networking, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors, market conditions, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and leasing information in the CRM/property management system.
  • Support a welcoming, professional, and vibrant community environment.
  • Help achieve and exceed monthly leasing and occupancy goals.
  • Comply with Fair Housing requirements and all company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is:

  • Energetic, personable, and confident.
  • Passionate about sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up/lease-up environment.
  • A strong communicator who can build relationships quickly.
  • Motivated by goals, competition, and results.
  • Professional in appearance and presentation.
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, email, and property management software.
  • Available to work weekends and occasional evenings or special events as needed.

Multifamily leasing, residential sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a leasing position. You'll have the chance to play an important role in establishing the property's reputation, building the resident community, and completing a successful lease-up. If you're a motivated sales professional who loves people, thrives on achieving goals, and wants to be part of something new and exciting, we'd love to meet you!
