Creative Production Manager

From our 900+ page catalog to specialty product pamphlets, as a Creative Production Manager, you'll oversee the print and web production process for Uline's award-winning omnichannel marketing! Our Creative department is a powerhouse of over 170 team members who execute content on tight deadlines with consistent brand clarity.

Position Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of project managers to ensure smooth workflow, scheduling and proofing for all print and web projects.

  • Provide final approval on print and web media to uphold Uline's standard and style guidelines.

  • Manage multiple deadlines and drive process improvements to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

  • Collaborate with vendors to review proofs, secure approvals and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Recruit, train, and inspire the team to achieve high performance and exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 5+ years in creative production or project management with supervisory experience preferred.

  • Proofreading and editing experience a plus.

  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
