  • Guide production of creative assets across formats, including static posts, motion graphics, video, live-action shoots, and other content executions that support customer campaign objectives.

  • Bring content and creative expertise to help customers strengthen messaging, improve creative quality, and align assets to LinkedIn platform requirements, brand guidelines, and campaign effectiveness goals.

  • Engage demanding customers and executive stakeholders with confidence, managing expectations, resolving ambiguity, and guiding decisions when feedback, timing, or creative direction conflicts.

  • Identify production risks early, escalate blockers appropriately, and protect quality, timing, customer trust, and commercial expectations through strong project ownership.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing creative production, creative solutions, agency account management, integrated production, or a closely related creative-services role within advertising, media, technology, or an agency environment.

  • 3+ experience partnering directly with advertising sales or other commercial teams, customers and external agencies or production partners to align stakeholders, manage expectations, and translate campaign and business objectives into effective creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating ambiguous customer needs into actionable briefs, partner-ready guidance, production plans, and decision frameworks.

  • Demonstrated communication, facilitation, storytelling, presentation, and executive-influence skills.

  • Demonstrated project management skills, including ownership of timelines, dependencies, feedback cycles, risk management, escalation paths, and delivery quality.
