Job description


Lead global photo, video and content production across IHG Hotels & Resorts, turning marketing and brand briefs into high-quality, channel-ready assets. This role manages projects from brief to delivery, balancing creative brand strategy, commercial discipline, brand governance and stakeholder alignment across global and regional teams.
Your day to day
  • Lead end-to-end global photo, video, social-first and campaign content production, from brief through final delivery.
  • Translate marketing and brand objectives into clear production briefs, deliverables, timelines, budgets, usage requirements and success measures.
  • Partner with brand, marketing, media, social, localization, legal, procurement and agency teams to keep work strategically aligned and on brand.
  • Recommend the right production model for each brief, balancing generative ai, quality, speed, cost, risk, brand fit and channel performance.
  • Manage partner briefing, estimates, scopes, schedules, supplier delivery, budgets and cost trade-offs with commercial discipline.
  • Guide stakeholders through key milestones, decision points, feedback and approvals, providing clear recommendations throughout delivery.
  • Shape shot lists, visual references, scripts, storyboards, capture plans and edits so outputs are distinctive, brand-right and commercially effective.
  • Partner with brand, marketing, media, social, localization, legal, procurement and agency teams to keep work strategically aligned and activation ready.
  • Partner on talent releases, image rights, usage terms, AI riders and renewals, while supporting scalable AI-forward production workflows.
  • Establish repeatable workflows, templates, checklists and standards that improve quality, speed, consistency and cost discipline.

What we need from you
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent education and professional experience.
  • Significant experience in creative production, content strategy, brand marketing and multi-channel campaign delivery, ideally within a global brand, in-house studio, agency or consumer-facing business.
  • Strong understanding of production budgets, scopes, schedules, talent usage, licensing, rights management, supplier briefing, vendor negotiations and financial reconciliation.
  • Confident reviewing campaign briefs, shot lists, concepts, edits and final assets to ensure work is on brief, on brand, channel-ready and commercially useful.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise, consolidate feedback, influence partners and manage multiple workstreams with confidence.
  • Good knowledge of integrated marketing channels and asset requirements across digital, social, paid media, CRM, web, PR, experiential and partner marketing.
  • Comfort with emerging production models and technologies, including AI-enabled content creation, image generation, content adaptation, modular video, automation and scalable workflows, with an understanding of associated brand, legal and usage considerations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet or equivalent workflow tools; experience with DAM platforms, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Smint, Censhare, production budgeting tools or project management systems is a plus.

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $90k to $105k. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
