Job description

Grand Specialty is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Production Assistant to support our dynamic design and production team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong visual communication skills, a deep passion for design, and the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will join a collaborative team where your ideas matter, working in a fun atmosphere that offers meaningful opportunities to grow your skills across both the design and production fields.
Your core responsibilities will involve assisting with the creation and editing of graphics for print media and preparing artwork and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite. You will support essential production tasks including formatting, resizing, and precise file preparation, while maintaining organized project files and design assets. Additionally, you will help ensure all projects are completed accurately and on time by assisting with the overall production schedule for the department, and you will work hand in hand with customers during their proofing process to successfully achieve approval on printed items.
