Job description

Title: Creative Project Manager
Location: Burlingame, CA
Duration: 12 months
Compensation: $40-60/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will guide projects through the entire project lifecycle making sure projects align with values and align with the Audio's team priorities. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Experience in Figma is a requirement. The role combines audio pipeline production responsibilities with project management leadership and executive presentation development. Candidates must have the ability to collaborate closely with other team members, product groups, and vendors.
Responsibilities
Monitor, track, and support multiple projects and initiatives, both internally and cross-functionally
Capable of adapting communication to collaborate with teams across a variety of disciplines
Partner with Sound Designers to manage all phases of audio design, production, implementation, deployment, and support ongoing quality control initiatives
Develop and produce high quality visual presentations that effectively communicate creative concepts, project updates, and strategic narratives to cross functional partners and leadership
Establish and maintain organized asset management systems and naming conventions to ensure creative files are versioned, searchable, and accessible to the broader team
Create more efficient pipelines creating and utilizing team-wide AI agents and skills
Facilitate driving projects to completion, including team-wide system and process initiatives such as training and onboarding programs
Assist in construction and refinement of production pipeline and processes
Prepare, edit, and maintain project plans, process documentation, presentations, and other materials
Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in creative production in software development
Proven experience leading complex projects from beginning to end
Proficiency in Mac OS, including office tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working / deck-building in Figma
Strong understanding of various project management workflows
Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail
Experience working in a task system such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.
Ability to work independently on some projects while supporting others
Experience in managing standups of small teams (5-10 people)
Proven experience leading complex projects from beginning to end
Experience visualizing data using Google Sheets, dashboards, Tableau, or similar tools for reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment
Experience with AR/VR technology or mobile app development
Familiarity with audio production and audio production software
Ability to distill broad concepts into actionable deliverables for AI behaviors and interactions
