Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions and hiring profiles that align with organizational needs.
  • Create engaging job postings and recruitment messaging to attract top talent across multiple sourcing channels.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, from individual contributors to executive-level roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
  • Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers in accordance with organizational compensation and hiring guidelines.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools to manage recruiting activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Participate in recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and other Human Resources projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruiting for professional, leadership, and executive-level positions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously across a variety of functions and experience levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
