Affiliate / Partnerships Manager

Max Cash

Oak Brook, IL • On-site

$100K - $130K/yr

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO

Posted 29 days ago

Job description

Description:

Tradition Media Group LLC (DBA MaxCash.com) — Oakbrook Terrace, IL (hybrid, 3 days onsite) $75,000–$95,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE $100,000–$130,000

MaxCash.com connects consumers with lenders, and our affiliate and publisher partners drive most of that traffic. We're looking for an Affiliate / Partnerships Manager to own those relationships — keeping our best partners productive, recruiting new ones, and making sure every dollar of spend ties back to performance.

What you'll do

  • Manage and grow our portfolio of affiliate and publisher partners as the primary point of contact
  • Recruit, vet, and onboard new partners — networks, direct publishers, and media buyers
  • Negotiate commission structures, payout terms, and placements
  • Track partner performance daily: volume, lead quality, conversion, and return rates by source
  • Cut or fix underperforming and non-compliant traffic sources quickly
  • Reconcile monthly partner payables with accounting
  • Keep affiliate creative and traffic compliant with lending advertising regulations

What you bring

  • 3–5 years in affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing
  • Lead generation experience — you know why a cheap lead isn't always a good lead
  • Hands-on with affiliate tracking platforms
  • Strong Excel/Sheets; you can reconcile a partner statement on your own
  • A track record of negotiating deals and holding partners to terms
  • Consumer lending, financial services, or insurance background a plus

Benefits

Medical, dental, and vision. Up to 20 days PTO plus paid holidays. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Oakbrook Terrace office.

To apply: Send your resume and a few sentences about an affiliate program you grew — what it looked like when you took it over, and when you left.

Tradition Media Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance marketing.
  • Experience managing and growing affiliate, publisher, and media buying partnerships.
  • Proven ability to recruit, vet, onboard, and maintain high-performing affiliate partners.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience establishing commission structures, payout terms, and placement agreements.
  • Experience monitoring partner performance metrics, including lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, return rates, and ROI.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and remove underperforming or non-compliant traffic sources.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing compliance, lending advertising regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Experience reconciling partner invoices and monthly payables with accounting teams.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms and performance reporting tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in lead generation with an understanding of lead quality versus lead volume.
  • Background in consumer lending, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries preferred.
