Primary Skills: Artios Cad (advanced), Corrugated Box Design (advanced), TOPS Palletization (expert), Packaging Material Testing (intermediate), Packaging Design (advanced)
Contract Type: W2
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Roswell, GA (#LI - Hybrid - Tuesday and Wednesday from Office)
Work hours: 30 Hrs/week may increase if needed
Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr

Job Summary: This role supports the North American Packaging Team by developing innovative and cost-effective packaging solutions for new and existing products. You will collaborate with category management to enhance packaging capabilities, reduce costs, and minimize damage throughout the distribution process. Building strong relationships with suppliers to stay abreast of industry advancements is also a key aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative packaging designs that optimize cost and sustainability.
  • Evaluate and improve existing packaging to meet customer needs.
  • Propose packaging strategies to reduce distribution expenses and damage.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and stay informed of industry innovations.
  • Coordinate and execute packaging testing protocols.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Artios Cad.
  • Expertise in corrugated box design principles.
  • Expert level with TOPS palletization software.

Experience in the packaging industry, particularly with corrugated materials and design, is highly preferred.
