J&J Landscape Management, based in Lorton, is a fast-growing, established landscape company specializing in high-end residential landscape installation, outdoor living spaces, and complete landscape maintenance throughout Fairfax County and Northern Virginia. Founded in 1998, J&J has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and exceptional client service.

We are seeking a Landscape Design & Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who combines creative landscape design ability with strong sales and relationship-building skills. You will work directly with residential clients to develop outdoor living concepts, prepare and present proposals, and guide projects from the initial consultation through handoff to our operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with residential clients to assess landscaping goals, needs, and project vision
  • Develop creative and functional landscape design concepts tailored to each property
