Account Executive - Residential Hardscaping โ€“ Drive High-Volume Residential Growth with Oak Valley Custom Hardscapes


Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $63,000 - $75,000 Per Year (Plus Commission with OTE up to $150K Per Year).

The Opportunity

You will join the region's largest residential hardscape team to convert high-volume leads into beautiful, outdoor living spaces. In this high-producing environment, you will play a primary role in turning homeowner visions into actionable design plans while driving your uncapped earning potential. You will work with the strongest lead pipeline in the industry, supported by a company built for high sales success.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Convert 15+ warm residential hardscape leads each month into signed design and build contracts.
  • Conduct engaging on-site client consultations to assess outdoor spaces and understand property owner vision.
  • Produce precise hardscape design proposals and accurate project cost estimates for potential clients.
  • Present creative outdoor design solutions directly to homeowners, guiding them through material and layout options.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and field teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets through systematic client follow-ups and strong relationship management.
  • Keep your pipeline consistently updated and ensure key stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and next steps.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in design sales within a high-volume residential market.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume lead flows and hit aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills tailored for client-facing consultations.
  • Valid driver's license to travel up to 40% within the local project territory.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of related work experience in residential hardscape or exterior construction sales.
  • Associate degree in business, design, landscape architecture, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of hardscape materials, residential construction methods, and site installation processes.
