The Role
We are hiring a Creative Strategist to lead the development of performance-driven creative strategy across paid social channels. This role is responsible for translating business goals and performance insights (communicated by the Director of Content & Creator Performance) into scalable creative frameworks that drive customer acquisition.

Working alongside our Director of Content & Creator Performance, you will own the strategic direction of creative across Meta and TikTok, guiding concept development, creative briefing, scriptwriting, and iterative testing across statics, GIFs, and short-form video.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance marketing, and creative execution, with a strong emphasis on UGC-driven content.

A huge plus is experience as a UGC creator and a willingness to be on camera as the proof-of-concept creator for new ideas before scaling them through external creators when needed.
