The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
Seeking an innovative video content expert to be the Creative Content Lead for REMM. This role sits at the intersection of design, education, and experience, turning new ideas into remarkable digital content.
You will lead the hands-on creation of video, collaborating with creative and cross-functional teams worldwide. This requires 10+ years of experience in video direction and team leadership, with a passion for exploring new technologies like AI to create exceptional customer experiences.
Description
As a Creative Content Lead, you will be a key player in shaping our digital presence. This role requires a leader who combines strategic thinking with a passion for craft, operating across the full creative lifecycle to produce world-class digital content that honors Apple's history of design excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years experience in video content with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Portfolio demonstrating ability to direct video content, lead a team, give creative direction, understand nuances of video capture, video editing. Have deep knowledge of Apple's ecosystem and it's creative tools.
Fluency in creative software and deep knowledge of AI and emerging technologies
Strong communicator with exceptional presentation skills, able to articulate ideas with clarity, engage in healthy debate, and accept directional feedback up and down a creative organization
Drive collaboration cross functionally - build relationships, rapport and credibility within the creative community, senior leadership and executive team.
Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Direct innovative and inspiring content that meet the requirements outlined in the brief.
Proven ability to lead projects from concept to final delivery. This includes hands-on direction of video content, guiding creative teams and vendors, and providing detailed feedback to ensure innovative, high-quality work.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to build rapport with stakeholders, senior leadership, and executive teams. Ability to drive collaboration and articulate creative solutions effectively.
A self-directed and resourceful attitude with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and new technologies. Eager to take creative risks and foster a team culture of experimentation, collaboration, learning, and innovation.
In-depth knowledge of all steps required in the content creation process, including effectively and efficiently staffing projects, understanding how to incorporate new AI work flows, providing communication and creative direction, and giving timely and helpful feedback to improve creative solutions.
Strong design skills with high attention to detail and the ability to guide, evaluate and redirect work to achieve creative excellence.
Conduct regular reviews of creative work with key stakeholders, driving the conversation for creative solutions and ensuring work aligns with other projects within Apples Design community.
Stay on top of industry trends, new technologies, and market insights to keep creative efforts relevant and competitive.
