North Shore Elite is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven leader who thrives on creating activity, building community, and delivering exceptional member experiences. This is a highly visible, dual-impact role responsible for both growing tennis engagement and supporting daily club operations.
You will play a key role in shaping the culture of the club, helping ensure that courts are active, members feel connected, and the overall club experience runs smoothly every day.
What You'll Drive on the Tennis Side
  • Design, organize, and execute exciting tennis leagues, socials, mixers, and events
  • Develop creative programming that attracts both adult and junior players
  • Build relationships with members to increase court usage and retention
  • Collaborate with tennis professionals to ensure programs meet member needs
  • Identify new opportunities to grow participation and create community engagement

What You'll Lead Operationally
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), helping oversee daily club operations
  • Act as a problem-solver and leader during peak hours
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Support front desk, facility coordination, and member experience initiatives
