Job description

Summary

The Russ Darrow Group is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Creative Services Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns across our dealership group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing graphic design, project coordination, and marketing operations in a fast-paced environment.

The Creative Services Coordinator will assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, coordinate campaign assets across multiple dealership locations, support campaign reporting, and help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.


Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital and print marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Illustrator
  • Create promotional assets including flyers, signage, event materials, social media graphics, email graphics, and dealership collateral
  • Ensure all creative materials align with company branding, manufacturer guidelines, and campaign objectives
  • Resize, update, and prepare creative assets for multiple formats and dealership/store needs
  • Maintain organized creative files, templates, and marketing asset libraries
  • Coordinate distribution of marketing materials and campaign assets to dealership locations
  • Assist with ordering print materials, promotional items, signage, and other marketing assets
  • Communicate with vendors, printers, and internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery
  • Support campaign timelines, approvals, and project tracking
  • Manage incoming creative requests and help prioritize deadlines appropriately
  • Assist with campaign reporting, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining spreadsheets and project records
  • Support the marketing department with administrative tasks related to campaign execution and creative management
  • Monitor inventory and usage of marketing materials as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing communications and deliverable

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of marketing, graphic design, creative services, or related experience preferred
• Proficiency in Canva required
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience with marketing reporting or administrative coordination preferred
• Experience working in automotive retail or a multi-location dealership group is a plus
• Understanding of print production and vendor coordination preferred
• Must be able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
