Job description

About Us

Orveon is a new kind of beauty company on a powerful mission: to change the way the world thinks about beauty. We dare to do things differently — pushing boundaries with purpose, inspiring creativity, and moving with intention in everything we do.

We are a collective of three premium and prestige beauty brands: bareMinerals, BUXOM, and Laura Mercier. With offices in New York, London, Singapore and Columbus, we combine the energy of an entrepreneurial spirit with the scale and ambition to change the way the world thinks about beauty.

Our culture is built on our IMPACT values — Innovative, Motivated, Passionate, Accountable, Collaborative, and Thoughtful. These aren't just words; they define how we show up for each other, for our brands, and for the world around us. We gain strength from our differences and believe that progress happens when we move as one. We are proud to offer a hybrid work model to support the work-life balance of our teams, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive, agile environment where everyone can thrive.

About the Role

Brand Project Manager will work collaboratively with creatives, manage multiple large and small-scale projects, own all project logistics like budgets and schedules, identify and communicate key milestones, and traffic deliverables. The successful candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and raising the bar on creative deliverables. This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic and creative thinking, relationship building, problem solving, and strong communication skills with peers and leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of Creative projects during the creative development phase, from intake and prioritization through execution and delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines and quality standards are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, partnering closely with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Digital, Product and other key stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations and drive execution.

Identify project risks, bottlenecks and competing priorities early, proactively implementing mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and keep projects on track.

  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures and provide regular reporting and financial updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Oversee project intake, prioritization and progress tracking for all Creative requests, providing timely updates, status reporting and visibility into key milestones for stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Establish, maintain and continuously improve project management processes, workflows, standards and best practices that enhance team efficiency, scalability and consistency.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment that empowers creative talent and supports successful project outcomes.
  • Drive operational excellence by evaluating project performance, conducting post-project retrospectives and implementing process improvements and lessons learned.
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary creative team - including designers, copywriters, videographers and web developers – both internal and external - to deliver impactful, brand-aligned creative solutions that support business objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies and creative operations best practices, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, enhance collaboration and strengthen the company's creative capabilities.
  • Manage tactical digital and ad hoc requests through Asana, including digital asset resizing, promotional updates, campaign support and unique digital activations tied to annual marketing initiatives and key business priorities.
  • Lead the exploration, implementation and optimization of AI-enabled solutions across Creative operations, leveraging emerging technologies to automate manual tasks, improve resource planning, enhance workflow efficiencies and enable teams to deliver higher-impact creative work at scale. Establish governance, best practices and adoption strategies that support responsible and effective use of AI within the Creative organization.

Key Stakeholders

  • Creative VP
  • Creative Services Team
  • Brand Marketing Team
  • Digital and Retailer Teams
  • Brand President

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, PMP or other projective management certification preferred. Ideally a minimum of 5 years similar experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated experience with creative and marketing workflows ideally in beauty or fashion space and having a solid understanding of PM management workflow for such tactical deliverables such as Site, CRM, Social and Print.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (Asana) and DAM management as well as Office Suite
  • Functional understanding of Creative platforms such as FIGMA
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
