Job description

We are looking for an experienced Production Artist for one of our clients located in Shelton, CT.

This is a contract opportunity to cover a maternity leave, providing vital support to the creative team during this period. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality execution and technical accuracy of all design deliverables, specifically supporting the sales team by developing Offering Memorandums (OMs) and Proposals.

Core Responsibilities

Primary Focus: Sales Support & Proposal Development

  • Design Execution: Assist the creative team in producing high-end print and digital materials, specifically focused on OMs, proposals, and advertising.
  • Quality Control: Review all graphics, layouts, and typography for precision before final delivery.
  • Asset Refinement: Utilize industry-standard editing software to finalize design elements and refine technical specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical design issues and coordinate with external printers to ensure flawless physical production.

Operational Support

  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and design staff to define project goals and ensure brand consistency.
