Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Creative Services

Mast-Jagermeister US

White Plains, NY

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO

Posted 5 days ago

Job description

Jagermeister is built on 56 botanicals and zero shortcuts. We're looking for someone who brings that same standard to everything that carries our brands into the world.

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations owns the machinery behind the marketing: how point of sale gets sourced, produced, warehoused, tracked, and delivered across the MJUS brand portfolio, including our online consumer merchandise shops. Part strategy, part systems, part logistics, and all of it lands in the field. If the right floor display doesn't reach the right account on time, nothing else we do matters much.

Requirements

What You'll Own:

Marketing Operations Strategy and Commercial Partnership

Partner with Brand Marketing and Commercial Marketing throughout program development to recommend POS solutions that bring campaigns to life while balancing brand impact, operational feasibility, timing, and budget.

Build and execute the annual marketing operations strategy for POS and merchandise: the right solutions, of the right quality, at the right cost, in the right timeframe.

Lead annual budget planning and ongoing forecasting for marketing operations, including monthly reviews and adjustments to support changing business priorities.

Contribute to the integrated planning calendar by developing POS development and distribution timelines, identifying dependencies, and keeping cross-functional teams on track to deliver against key milestones.

Continuously improve marketing operations processes to increase speed, efficiency, and service while maintaining exceptional execution.

Manage partner relationships and hold them to contracts, quality standards, and delivery dates. Escalate early when something slips.

Creative Operations & Project Leadership

Lead the day-to-day management and development of the internal Graphic Designer, creating an environment where great creative work can happen efficiently and on brand.

Partner with Brand and Commercial Marketing to ensure creative briefs are complete, strategic, and contain the information, assets, and direction needed to deliver high-quality work on time.

Manage creative priorities, timelines, and workload across multiple brands and initiatives, helping teams align on deliverables, milestones, and expectations.

Facilitate the creative review process by coordinating stakeholder feedback, removing roadblocks, and driving timely decisions that keep projects moving.

Ensure creative deliverables align with established brand guidelines, campaign objectives, production requirements, and channel-specific needs.

Continuously improve creative workflows, communication, and project visibility to enable stronger collaboration across Brand, Commercial Marketing, Sales, and external partners.

Procurement, Production & Partner Management

Partner with the Merchandising Manager to oversee external procurement partner, ensuring they deliver against quality, service, timelines, and commercial objectives.

Optimize the sourcing process to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and increase the speed of product availability.

Build strong relationship with procurement and fulfillment partner, holding them accountable to contracts, quality standards, delivery performance, and continuous improvement.

Sweat the details on materials, print, and finish. If it carries our logos, it meets the standard.

Champion sustainable materials and practices in line with the global Meister Code.

Stay current on POS technology, sourcing methods, and industry best practices.

Partner with warehouse and fulfillment providers to maintain inventory accuracy, service levels, and lead times.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and beverage alcohol trade practice requirements while proactively identifying operational risks.

Marketing Technology, Systems and Data

Serve as the business owner of the POS ecosystem, ensuring systems, reporting, inventory, and ordering processes support both commercial execution and business decision-making.

Evaluate, implement, enhance and optimize the point of sale (POS) platform and related technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Partner with Business Technology and other functions to integrate the POS platform (SHOP) with adjacent systems.

Turn POS data into something the commercial team can actually use: clean, current, and reportable.

Identify opportunities to use technology and AI to simplify processes and improve the experience.

Deliver a seamless, user-friendly ordering experience for the field team and for consumers on our online merchandise shops.

Train field and HQ teams on the POS system and related processes, and provide ongoing support so people get full value from the platform.

Financial Stewardship

Own the annual Marketing Operations budget across POS procurement, warehousing, fulfillment, POS system implementation and ongoing maintenance, and supporting technology, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to maximize business impact

Balance business needs with financial discipline by evaluating requests, setting priorities, and making thoughtful trade-offs that deliver the greatest value without compromising execution or brand standards.

Maintain vigilant oversight of procurement, warehouse, fulfillment, and operational spend, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize cost throughout the marketing supply chain.

Continuously challenge processes, partners, and ways of working to drive operational efficiencies in both time and cost while maintaining exceptional service levels.

Partner closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor forecasts, manage changing business priorities, and ensure spending remains aligned with annual budgets and company objectives.

Find savings without compromising quality. Cheap that looks cheap is not a saving.

How You'll Show Up:
