The Senior Consultant is a workstream and deliverable leader, responsible for translating strategy into action while ensuring clarity, quality, and forward momentum. This role balances independent delivery leadership with coaching and enabling others, helping shape structured work plans and client-ready outputs that drive measurable outcomes.
As ICP continues to evolve as an integrated, insight-led partner, the Senior Consultant is essential to:

  • Mentor and review work from Consultants and Analysts to strengthen outcomes and delivery consistency.

Client Engagement
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions within your workstream; maintain trust and credibility.
  • Present components of project recommendations with confidence and clarity.
  • Help clients navigate ambiguity by framing decisions, tradeoffs, and implications.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
  • Partner with S&C peers, Solutions, and Client Partnerships to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Bring forward client insights that can inform ICP best practices, playbooks, or reusable templates.
  • Participate in capability-building activities and practice-wide improvement initiatives.
