SUMMARY:
The Brand & Marketing Operations Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the operational rhythm behind all brand marketing and creative initiatives. This role serves as the central project management and operations lead across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and external agency partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. They are responsible for ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through execution, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and communication while providing visibility into priorities, risks, and progress.
This role is critical to creating a disciplined operating cadence that enables teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Creative Operations
  • Own the integrated marketing and creative calendar across all business initiatives.
  • Build and maintain project timelines for seasonal launches, campaigns, photoshoots, videos, retail programs, PR initiatives, and product launches.
  • Coordinate priorities and workload across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience.
  • Ensure projects move efficiently from briefing through final execution.
  • Identify timeline risks and proactively resolve bottlenecks.

Go-to-Market Management
Own the operational execution of all product launches by coordinating:
  • Creative asset development
  • Product photography
  • Copy development
  • Retail marketing materials
  • Sales presentations
  • Website readiness
  • Email and CRM launch timing
  • PR materials
  • Influencer and partnership deliverables
  • Launch approvals
  • Maintain launch readiness checklists and ensure all milestones are completed before launch.

Creative Project Management
  • Manage intake and prioritization of creative requests.
  • Build detailed project schedules and production timelines.
  • Coordinate review cycles, revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between Marketing and Creative to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Organize creative assets, documentation, and file management.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as the operational hub connecting:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, integrated marketing, project management, or agency account/project management.
  • Experience supporting consumer brands, apparel, retail, lifestyle, or ecommerce organizations preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of creative production, campaign execution, and product launch processes.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and external agencies.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and problem-solving skills.
