Overview
The Senior, Creative Strategist develops insight-led, creator-first creative ideas that connect culture, creators, and data to real business results across key clients and Publicis Groupe partnerships. This role turns audience, category, and platform insights into clear and compelling creative thinking that supports proposals, briefs, and campaign narratives.
Working within the Creative Strategy team, the Senior, Creative Strategist shapes storytelling that is culturally relevant, strategically grounded, and reflective of client goals. They collaborate closely with Strategy, Creator Partnerships, Campaign, and Design teams to bring ideas to life and ensure creative alignment throughout the process. The Senior, Creative Strategist contributes to concept development, supports the writing of influencer briefs, and plays a key role in crafting polished recommendations for internal and client review.
Responsibilities
  • Lead creative ideation and concept development across key clients and Publicis Groupe partnerships.
  • Translate data, audience insights, and brand strategy into compliant, culturally relevant creative ideas.
  • Write and refine influencer briefs that inspire creators while maintaining brand clarity and regulatory alignment.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creator Partnerships, Campaign, and Design teams to ensure creative alignment and executional excellence.
  • Deliver polished, insight-backed proposals for Associate Director review and support client presentations.
  • Provide mentorship to Creative Strategists, guiding storytelling structure, framework application, and idea development.
  • Manage timelines, communicate risks, and support workflow efficiency in partnership with Creative Operations.
  • Stay current on creator, category, and platform trends to inform new creative approaches and innovation.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or influencer/creator marketing.
  • Strong background in developing integrated, data-informed creative concepts.
  • Proven ability to support client proposals and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, both visual and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and audience behavior.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring peers in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation Range: USD $85,000.00 - USD $105,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
