Our Raleigh-area branch is expanding throughout North Carolina, and we are seeking a creative, dependable, and self-motivated Marketing Associate to help develop new business and strengthen our marketing efforts.


About the Position

This is a flexible part-time or freelance opportunity for someone who can develop and execute practical marketing strategies for a growing small business. The ideal candidate will have experience or relevant education in marketing and be comfortable working independently. The company will be relying on your effort and expertise. Depending on your strengths and the company’s priorities, your work may include digital marketing, graphic design, website updates, email campaigns, networking, and direct business development. The position can be mostly performed remotely with regular check-ins, occasional local travel to client sites.


Potential Responsibilities

  • Help develop and carry out marketing strategies for commercial cleaning and specialty restoration services.
  • Create or assist with monthly email marketing campaigns.
  • Design flyers, postcards, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Update and improve website content, including pages built with WordPress.
  • Manage or organize prospects and customer information using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
