Job description

Waterfront Brands is the largest and premier manufacturer of waterfront equipment in North America, with offices in Fergus Falls, MN, Claremore, OK, Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Snow Hill, NC. The company’s flagship brands include ShoreMaster, HydroHoist, Neptune, and Tide Tamer; additional brands include RhinoDock, PolyDock Products, ShoreMaster Fabrics, RotoMoldUSA, HyPower, and Firstmate.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that promote the company’s brands, products, dealer network, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing projects, sales and dealer support materials, advertising campaigns, website updates, trade shows, promotional materials, digital marketing, and eCommerce initiatives. Working closely with internal teams, dealers, customers, and vendors, this role helps ensure marketing efforts are organized, brand-aligned, and completed on schedule while supporting overall market presence and marketing operations.

Position Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives that drive brand awareness, dealer support, sales, and eCommerce growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, dealers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-consistent marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with marketing materials, website updates, digital campaigns, promotional content, trade shows, events, and product launches.
  • Maintain marketing assets, project files, vendor communications, and department resources.
  • Support reporting, project tracking, administrative tasks, and other marketing department needs as assigned.

Education, Experience, Licenses and Certifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Previous experience in marketing coordination, administrative support, customer support, sales support, digital marketing, eCommerce support, project coordination, or a related role preferred.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Schedule

Full-time, in-office position located in Fergus Falls. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
