We're seeking a creative and driven Creative Marketing Designer - Motion at our headquarters in Minneapolis MN to own brand and cross-functional creative work, with a focus on motion and video. This role shares the majority of its responsibilities with the Creative Marketing Designer — Brand role, while bringing dedicated motion graphics and video production capability to the team. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you'll collaborate daily with the Senior Creative Marketing Designer and the broader Growth & Marketing team. A portfolio is required. Responsibilities

  • Create and produce brand creative assets across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Maintain brand and sub-brand consistency across all creative outputs and channels.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with creative input on campaign concepting.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Creative Marketing Designer to build and maintain design systems and templates (Email, RON, Social, ROP).
  • Develop and produce motion graphics and video content for social, email, and campaign deliverables.
  • Build mood boards and concept decks to communicate how creative concepts connect to campaign goals.
  • Partner with the Senior Creative Marketing Designer to explore AI-based motion and video tools (e.g., Creatify) as part of the team's broader AI innovation goals.
  • Build proficiency in cross-functional coordination platforms to independently manage coverage when needed.
  • Draft baseline copy for owned projects, while relying on campaign partners for core messaging direction.
  • Design and produce email creative for brand and sub-brand campaigns, from concept through final layout.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience. Preferably a BFA in a relevant field.
  • Experience and/or interest with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop as well as Figma.
  • Strong typography and layout skills, including email design.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines while pushing the brand forward.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Comfort learning and navigating new platforms and marketing systems, including but not limited to AI applications.
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant creative and motion work.
  • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TM, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is $24.03-26.44/hour.

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
