Reporting To: Director of Digital Marketing
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
Advisors Excel is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic and growing Digital Team. The Digital Marketing Associate (DMA) is responsible for the end-to-end execution and performance of paid digital campaigns for financial advisors, with a primary focus on generating qualified first appointments. This role owns campaign launch, optimization, and performance insights across the full digital funnel, from ad creative to lead conversion. What you'll do:
  • Launch and manage semi-custom, paid digital campaigns for financial advisors on platforms like Facebook, Google, and more.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns (primarily on Meta) to generate high-quality leads and booked appointments
  • Own campaign performance, including cost per lead, contact rate, and appointment conversion outcomes
  • Build and manage campaign assets including ad creative, landing pages, and form flows within platforms like Go High Level
  • Analyze campaign data and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance across targeting, creative, and follow-up strategy
  • Collaborate with appointment setters and internal teams to improve lead-to-appointment conversion rates
  • Communicate performance updates and insights clearly to internal stakeholders and advisor offices
  • Ensure campaigns are compliant with financial services marketing standards and internal guidelines
  • Continuously test and iterate on messaging, audiences, and funnel strategies to improve results

Experience you'll bring:
  • Experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads platform for creating and managing paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta/Facebook preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and take action
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working in marketing platforms such as Go High Level, CRMs, and campaign tracking tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Experience in paid media, lead generation funnels, conversion tracking, and collaborating with sales teams.
  • Experience working with lead generation funnels (landing pages, forms, follow-up systems)
  • Familiarity with high-net-worth (HNW) or financial services marketing
