We're looking for a Design Technologist to join the Creative X Design Tech team at Amazon Ads. You'll sit at the intersection of design, engineering, and creative systems, building infrastructure, tools, and intelligent systems that accelerate how creative teams work, collaborate, and ship.
This is a role for someone who loves rapid experimentation, systems thinking, and building things that empower others. You'll work across a range of challenges, from design-to-production scaffolding, to intelligent agent systems that connect teams and surface insights, to refining GenAI-powered creative workflows that meet high quality bars

The common thread: you build the connective tissue that makes our creative ecosystem faster, smarter, and more reliable.
The CrX Design Tech team is being built with a clear charter and scope. You'll help define what Design Technology means in this organization and shape the team's operating model from the ground up.
