About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Supervisor to oversee cabinet and flooring installation projects in the Vero Beach and surrounding areas. You will manage sub-contractors, ensure quality control, and act as the primary liaison between our showroom and residential/commercial job sites.


What You'll Do
  • Coordinate, schedule, and supervise daily on-site field activities and team workflows.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance to ensure a zero-accident workspace.
  • Inspect work quality and progress regularly to verify alignment with project specifications.
  • Resolve on-site operational bottlenecks, material shortages, and personnel conflicts promptly.
  • Provide clear, daily progress reports and documentation to the project management team.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel across Vero Beach sites.
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
