Manager Social Creative Producer

About your role:

You will produce social-first creative content that supports brand storytelling, campaign execution, and audience engagement across priority channels. You will partner with social strategy, demand generation, creative, and brand teams to turn campaign objectives into compelling visual and multimedia content. Your work will help Fiserv deliver timely, channel-appropriate creative that strengthens brand presence and supports measurable marketing outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Produce social-first creative assets across priority channels to support campaign, brand, and audience engagement goals.
  • Translate briefs, campaign objectives, and channel requirements into visual content concepts and executable production plans.
  • Create, edit, and deliver multimedia content, including static graphics, short-form video, motion assets, and supporting visual elements.
  • Partner with social strategy, demand generation, brand, and creative stakeholders to align content with audience, campaign, and platform needs.
  • Manage production timelines, asset organization, review cycles, and delivery schedules to support timely campaign execution.
  • Apply platform specifications, content standards, and brand guidelines to ensure creative consistency and channel readiness.
  • Evaluate content performance and audience response to inform future creative approaches and production priorities.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in creative production, social content production, digital design, video production, or multimedia content development.
  • 6+ years of experience producing content for social media platforms using design, editing, and publishing workflows.
  • Experience creating measurable, channel-specific creative assets for brand campaigns, audience engagement, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience using creative production tools for graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or similar digital content development.
  • Ability to manage multiple production timelines, stakeholder reviews, and asset delivery requirements with consistent quality and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, media production, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting demand generation or integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience producing content in financial technology, payments, commerce, or financial services environments.
  • Experience with paid social creative requirements and platform-specific asset adaptation.
  • Experience collaborating with brand, legal, and compliance stakeholders in a regulated environment.

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
