Principal Responsibilities

Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company's established service area.

Calls and visits prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline.

Respond daily to phone and email requests from new potential commercial customers and existing customers.

Place outbound phone calls to previous customers to generate leads and new business, as well as outbound cold calls.

Coordinate with the Sales Administration team to complete sales quotes and contracts.

Partners with the Branch Manager and the Technical team on presenting SMART solutions.

Maintain relationships with current customers and identify opportunities to upsell or upgrade services.

Evaluate feedback from customers and adjust sales technique as needed.

Meets and exceeds sales and productivity targets

Update the lead management system for all quotes sold or unsold and forward the information to the appropriate branch.

Complete follow-up calls and record the activity in the lead management system.

Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs, and other activities as needed.

Provide an excellent level of customer service to new and current customers.

Assist the Accounting Department with collections and ensure customer payment methods are up to date as needed.

Contribute to building a positive team environment with strong morale among team members

Other duties as assigned.

Previous experience working in a database and Windows-based computer environment

Speaks clearly on the phone and writes routine reports and correspondence.

Comfortable with presenting information

Ability to explain a technical solution to a non-technical audience

Creative problem solver.

Ability to learn and retain a high level of pest control industry knowledge through online, field, and classroom training.
