Position Summary:

The Director of Marketing leads marketing for Commercial Floor Resources, Laminin Industries, and future affiliated companies. This role turns company strategy into clear market-facing execution by strengthening brand positioning, supporting sales growth, commercializing products, managing marketing systems, overseeing vendors, and developing marketing assets that create long-term value.

Responsibilities:

· Lead marketing for CFR, Laminin Industries, and future affiliated companies, including marketing plans, campaign strategy, content strategy, brand standards, and operating systems.

· Manage and direct the Marketing Coordinator & Content Specialist, vendors, agencies, and contractors.

· Lead commercialization for current and future Laminin products.

· Create product positioning, messaging, launch plans, collateral, sales tools, training support, trade show support, and campaign materials.

· Develop sales enablement materials, including capability statements, sales sheets, case studies, vertical market materials, account-specific materials, presentations, and product launch materials.

· Support sales efforts to enter, embed, expand, and program within target accounts.

· Lead trade show and industry event strategy for Collaborate, Pickleball Innovators, and future events, including booth messaging, materials, lead capture, follow-up, and ROI tracking.

· Manage marketing execution for CFR, Laminin, and future company websites, including content, structure recommendations, SEO initiatives, and lead-generation tools.

· Maintain the marketing calendar, content calendar, campaign calendar, asset management system, workflow process, and marketing KPI dashboard.

Qualifications

· Experience in marketing leadership, product commercialization, brand management, or a related role.

· Ability to translate strategy into clear messaging, campaigns, sales materials, and market-facing content.

· Experience developing marketing plans, campaign calendars, content strategies, sales enablement resources, and product launch materials.

· Ability to manage vendors, agencies, contractors, and internal marketing support roles.
