In the Director, Marketing - Building Solutions position, you'll lead the go-to-market strategy for one of Direct Supply's most strategic technology-driven businesses. You'll translate complex, tech-enabled offerings-including Aptura, TELS, and Capital-into compelling narratives that build trust, drive adoption, and fuel growth. This senior leadership role shapes enterprise strategy, orchestrates integrated campaigns, and influences key investment decisions, all while guiding a team of modern marketers to position Direct Supply as a forward-looking, platform-led partner in the Senior Living industry.

  • Represent Marketing at the senior leadership level, influencing platform strategy, investment priorities, and growth initiatives.

  • Drive digital ecosystem performance, including lifecycle marketing, web, paid media, and in-product experiences.

  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing team focused on experimentation, data, storytelling, and AI-driven execution.

  • Partner across Product, Sales Strategy, Creative, and MarCom to ensure unified, impactful campaigns.

  • Incubate and scale new ideas, from product launches to partner programs, to increase market confidence and relevance.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Product Management, or related field

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years leading teams

  • Proven track record in GTM strategy, digital marketing, and cross-functional leadership

  • Deep understanding of performance analytics, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing

  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, building services, or platform-based businesses is strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to connect strategy to commercial results

Additional Items of Interest:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Experience marketing capital equipment, SaaS platforms, or complex solutions in real estate, services, or care environments
