Job Summary:

Gymreapers is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Creative Director to define and drive the brand's visual identity and storytelling across all touchpoints. This role will be pivotal in shaping how our products, values, and culture are expressed to the world, ensuring creative consistency while pushing boundaries to inspire our growing global community.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an executional powerhouse, capable of translating brand vision into compelling creative campaigns and experiences. You will lead a talented creative team and work closely with leadership to bring Gymreapers' message to life across digital, physical, and experiential channels. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, especially within the fitness and lifestyle space, and a passion for crafting visually stunning and emotionally resonant content. Your leadership will guide the creative direction of product launches, advertising, content, and brand storytelling that authentically connect with our core audience.

Lead Creative Production Across Channels
  • Oversee development of all creative assets from concept → execution

Drive Campaign Execution
  • Bring campaign ideas to life across all formats and channels
  • Ensure campaigns feel integrated, not fragmented

Improve Creative Performance
  • Partner with Ecommerce and Growth teams to improve:

  • Manage designers, photographers, videographers, and editors
