As a leading non-profit provider in Milwaukee County, we're dedicated to fostering curiosity, imagination, and a lifelong love of learning.

At Ebenezer, our educators use the E.P.I.C. Curriculum to encourage independence, creativity, and exploration. If you're passionate about nurturing young minds and ready to make learning an adventure, we'd love to meet you!

  • Keep the classroom organized, clean, and full of exciting materials for exploration.
  • Build strong relationships with children and families through open communication.
  • Model positive behavior to encourage self-help skills and good hygiene.
  • Ensure smooth daily transitions between home and the center.
  • Stay current with professional development to ensure best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum state-required coursework completed (or ability to complete within 6 months).
  • An understanding of child development and a passion for working with young children.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Positive, patient, and flexible personality.
  • Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).

  • Child Care Discounts: Bring your little ones to work!
  • Support for Growth: We pay for state-mandated training and offer tuition reimbursement.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and life insurance fully covered by us.
  • Full Benefits Package: Health, dental, and vision insurance + retirement plan with a 3% match.
  • Professional Development: Mentoring, coaching, and advancement opportunities.
  • Team Bonding: Enjoy outings, activities, and rewards for your hard work.
