The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Team

The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to producing customer stories that move markets, our multi-faceted team does it all. We are a collection of thinkers, makers and doers, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work. Within this team, the Customer & Brand Partnerships Creative function is responsible for how Salesforce shows up in the stories we tell about our customers - and in the partnerships and collaborations that extend our brand into new contexts, audiences, and cultural moments.

About the Role

Salesforce is looking for Senior Lead Art Director to join our Customer & Brand Partnerships Creative team. This is a role for someone who understands that the most powerful design and ideas clarify the complex, and make people feel something.

You know how to find the visual story inside a customer's success and shape it into something that resonates far beyond the brand. You understand what it means to design in service of a partnership honoring both brands and brand mission without losing coherence or creative conviction. You're equally at home art directing a flagship customer campaign, a co-branded activation, and the social asset that makes someone stop scrolling.

At Salesforce, our customer stories and brand partnerships are among our most visible and strategically important creative outputs. You'll help guide visual creative across the full ecosystem: integrated campaigns, long-form storytelling, editorial design, digital, and more and you'll do it with intelligence, craft, and a strong aesthetic point of view.

What You'll Do

Lead art direction across customer marketing and brand partnership creative - including customer campaigns, co-branded activations, editorial design, digital and social, and experiential touchpoints

Shape and maintain visual coherence across complex, multi-format programs - ensuring every design decision ladders up to a unified story with real emotional impact

Translate complex business outcomes and technology narratives into visual concepts that feel human, compelling, and strategically aligned

Act as a senior creative voice and visual lead on cross-functional teams - partnering with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and brand partnership managers from brief through delivery

Concept and execute across a wide range of formats and surfaces - from bold campaign hero imagery and motion to editorial layouts, social creative, and environmental design

Drive creative concepting and ideation, bringing a strong visual perspective to the earliest stages of a project

Mentor and provide creative direction to junior designers and art directors, elevating the quality and consistency of visual output across the team

Uphold and evolve Salesforce brand visual identity across all customer and partnership outputs

Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across pods and programs, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-output environment

Incorporate feedback with grace and iterate quickly - balancing creative conviction with collaborative flexibility

What Experience You Have

7-10 years of art direction experience, with a strong track record in brand, customer marketing, integrated campaigns, or editorial contexts

A portfolio that demonstrates visual range and strategic depth - work that builds across touchpoints and connects with a real audience

Proven ability to translate complex technology or B2B subject matter into visual concepts that feel simple, human, and compelling

Deep understanding of brand visual identity and how to apply, protect, and evolve it across diverse formats, surfaces, and partnership contexts

Experience leading creative on cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, and senior stakeholders

Exceptional craft instincts: composition, typography, color, hierarchy, and visual economy at every scale

Experience working within or alongside brand partnerships, sponsorships, or co-branded programs is a strong plus

Agency experience - whether in-house or external - is a strong plus

Comfortable working at both the strategic and executional level - moving fluidly between big-picture visual concepting and hands-on design execution

You Are Excited About This Role Because:

You believe the best brand design lives in the intersection of truth and feeling - and you know how to find that intersection every time

You love making technology feel human and customer stories feel inevitable

You're energized by the creative complexity of partnership work - honoring multiple visual identities while keeping the story clear and compelling

You want your work to travel: in campaigns, in conversations, in presentations, on stages, and across screens around the world

You thrive when you're leading and building something with a team

We Are Excited About You Because:

You have a strong, distinctive visual voice and the creative judgment to know when to lead and when to let the brand guide

You're a strategic thinker who doesn't lose the craft when the stakes get high

You're proactive and resourceful and move without waiting to be pointed

You ask smart questions, take feedback well, and make the work better every round

You design like a human being, even when the subject matter is anything but simple
