About the Role

Associate Creative Director, Art Director must demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop big, breakthrough ideas across all mediums.  They must have an in-depth knowledge in copy, art direction, design and social as well as take responsibility and set standards for the overall quality of the creative product. The ACD Copywriter should have a strong knowledge and experience in social creative as well as traditional.

What You'll Do

  • Develop creative concepts with ACD Copywriter
  • Own the creative work on assigned brands.
  • Manage the creative development process as it relates to projects
  • Implement strategy and direction and provide art direction expertise
  • Supervise creative teams as needed
  • Ensure the quality and implementation of all work
  • Participate in client presentations and help develop client relationships
  • Expertly deliver creative that crosses all platforms
  • Work with the Creative Resource Team to select and assign resources as necessary
  • May personally work on creative assignments, within or outside of the group, or on major department explanatories and new business efforts.
  • Adopt management posture in representing the agency's interest in interaction with clients, staff, outside vendors and other contacts.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts for the department by reviewing portfolios and interviewing candidates as requested by the Creative Resource personnel.

What You'll Need

  • 7-10+years' experience in an agency setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent management skills and strong leadership potential
  • Expert in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
