  • Collaborate closely with Project Management to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Serve as the strategic liaison throughout the creative development process.
  • Review creative concepts, copy, proofs, and campaign materials prior to client presentation.
  • Coordinate campaign approvals and production milestones to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Performance & Analytics
  • Partner with the Data & Analytics team to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Help translate fundraising data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Assist in developing campaign analyses, reports, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend testing strategies to improve results over time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner effectively with Creative, Project Management, Production, Digital, and Analytics teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and adaptability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment by proactively solving problems, navigating ambiguity, and finding creative ways to move projects forward.
  • Lead projects through influence by creating clarity, alignment, and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute ideas that improve client outcomes, internal processes, and overall team effectiveness.
Keys to Success
  • Build trust quickly with clients and colleagues.
  • Think strategically while executing with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Enjoy managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Communicate proactively, professionally, and with confidence.
  • Bring positive energy and a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Take ownership, follows through, and is highly dependable.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where flexibility, initiative, and collaboration are valued.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
