Position: Digital Content and Website ManagerDepartment: MarketingReports To: Director, Member Journey and EngagementFLSA: Exempt                                                           Grade: 13SUMMARY:The Digital Content and Website Manager is responsible for delivering high-performing, on-brand digital experiences across web, email, landing pages, and paid digital channels. This role leads front-end development and content optimization within HubSpot CMS, ensuring websites, campaigns, and digital assets are visually compelling, user-focused, and conversion driven. The position partners closely with marketing, design, and external agencies to execute integrated digital strategies, leverage data and testing to continuously improve performance, and maintain consistent brand standards across all touchpoints. With a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and creative execution, this role plays a critical part in driving engagement, lead generation, and overall digital marketing effectiveness.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage and optimize website content, structure, and performance to ensure a best-in-class user experience.
  • Responsible for front-end web development efforts within HubSpot CMS, including page builds and module customization.
  • Design and build responsive email templates and high-converting landing pages.
  • Develop and maintain reusable CMS modules to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing across digital assets (web pages, emails, landing pages) to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to execute digital campaigns.
  • Responsible for the production and optimization of paid digital advertising assets, including ad creative and copy for platforms such as Meta and Google; continuously test and refine messaging, formats, and targeting to maximize campaign performance.
  • Manage performance optimizations on campaign strategies and integrate external agency execution with operational objectives.
  • Responsible for ensuring all digital properties are properly tagged and integrated for tracking and analytics.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to continuously improve digital experiences.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Responsible for compliance with all Federal regulations including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

      • Expert in website design, HTML and variants, CSS, PHP, and Java Scripting.
      • Advanced knowledge of network design, Internet Security, and best practices within the financial services industry.
      • Experience with marketing automation and personalization strategies.
      • Knowledge of with AEO/SEO best practices.
      • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as SiteImprove, Google Analytics, and HubSpot reporting.
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
      • Advanced knowledge of Internet systems, hardware and software in relation to financial institution websites and banking.
      • Strong initiative and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
      • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
      • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
      • Strong ability to interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders as well as Members.
      • Knowledge of relational database concepts and client server concepts.
      • Proficient in understanding basic Marketing and Branding objectives.
