The Global Head of C&D Operations is the operational heartbeat of our Creative & Design (C&D) organization. Reporting to the Chief Design Officer and part of the C&D Leadership Team, the Global Head of C&D Operations leads a small, nimble, high-impact, global team, and is a strategic partner to Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Workplace Experiences, and IT

In this role you are responsible for

Creative & Design Budgets & Contracts

  • Partner closely with Finance to manage, forecast, and optimize the global C&D budget to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Establish and govern financial tracking frameworks (allocations, T&E, external spend) and KPIs, providing real-time visibility into budget performance and operational ROI for leadership.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture (P&C) to deliver accurate headcount inputs for annual and quarterly workforce planning, budget submissions, and forecasts.
  • Govern and optimize our global roster of external creative agencies, studios, prototype providers, and specialized vendors-managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and performance metrics, all in close partnership with Procurement,
  • Drive the strategy and compliance frameworks for regional and international R&D design grants (e.g., Enterprise Ireland, IDA, EU), aligning project milestones across Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
Creative & Design Talent Operations
  • Partner with P&C to design and scale the C&D talent pipeline, including building impactful internship pipelines.
  • Architect and optimize our contingent workforce program, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and frictionless process for sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding temporary and contract talent.

Creative & Design Assets, Infrastructure & Spaces

  • Drive the lifecycle management for the C&D digital and AI toolstack. Partner directly with the C&D AI Lab and IT to ensure our teams have access to cutting-edge tools, automated workflows, and a robust creative and design system infrastructure.
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle for design-specific hardware, lab equipment, and consumables, collaborating closely with corporate IT and Workplace Experiences (WPE).
  • Establish and audit strict custody protocols for physical prototypes, balancing day-to-day team use and accessibility with corporate confidentiality, security, disposal, and archival standards.
  • Oversee our creative and design studio and lab spaces globally and ensure they are optimized for creative and design collaboration.

Creative, Design & Innovation Awards

  • Lead and scale the operational infrastructure for Logitech's global creative, design, and innovation awards program. Turn asset aggregation, storytelling, submission workflows, and stakeholder management into an efficient pipeline that maximizes Logitech's brand, creative and design reputation and global innovation visibility.

Community, Culture & Change Management

  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of internal C&D community events, workshops, hackathons, and other global culture-building initiatives that drive team engagement.
  • Ensure clear communication and easy adoption of new processes, budget trackers, compliance policies, and other operational tools across the global Creative & Design organization.

  • Seamlessly toggle between macro-level strategic vision and micro-level, data-driven execution details.
  • Inspire and lead high-quality work in a high-volume, multiple-project environment with multiple stakeholders, competing demands and tight deadlines.
  • Proactively advance tools, processes and workflows, including leveraging AI, to continuously optimize best-in-class creative and design operations.
  • Cultivate a highly collaborative environment while leading collaboration across many different working styles and perspectives.
  • Drive best practices aligned with Logitech compliance, procurement and cybersecurity policies

Key Qualifications

To be considered for this position you:

  • Are a forward-thinking and visionary operations leader, able to bring abstract ideas to fruition while meeting business objectives.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in design and/or creative operations, with at least 5 years of experience directly managing global teams, multi-million dollar budgets, and overseeing complex vendor contracts.
  • Have a global mindset and thrive on inclusively leading and managing teams from different countries and cultures.
  • Practice excellent organizational and time-management skills and can manage multiple projects and competing demands at once.
  • Are a strong strategic and critical thinker, with a knack for clear, succinct and compelling communication, whether in person and in writing, and whether you're communicating with creatives and designers, or the leadership team.
  • Have a steady demeanor, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to articulate and receive feedback in ways that strengthen processes and outcomes.

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $186,100 - 297,800, depending on location and experience.

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
