The Closet Designer / Sales Associate is responsible for meeting with clients, designing custom storage solutions, and closing sales. This role combines creative design, space planning, and consultative sales to deliver functional and visually appealing closet and organization systems tailored to each customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement:
- Conduct in-home or showroom consultations
- Assess customer needs and budgets
- Present designs and close sales
 

Design & Planning:
- Measure spaces accurately
- Create custom designs using CAD or design software
- Recommend materials and finishes
 

Customer Experience:
- Provide excellent service
- Resolve concerns
- Generate referrals

Requirements

- 2+ years sales or design experience preferred - experience in Closet sales a plus
- Strong sales skills
- Experience with design software - experience with Cabinet Vision a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
